Separator unit is an integration of separator,heating facility ,oil supply pump,slag oil drain pump,middle slag oil cabinet and heater,sensor and auto control,control box,base,frame,pipeline,Instruments and valves,and is an assembly of equipment/setup that independently performs main separation function and its aux function.

The product is mainly used to remove water and mechanical impurities from diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oil and other mineral oil in Marine diesel engine and land-used diesel generating sets of power station so as to reduce wear of the piston and cylinder liner for diesel engine and to avoid high-pressure pump bite of nozzle blockage hair and fault, which will prolong service life.Also used to separate two unsolvable liquid with different specific gravity or remove small amount of solid particle form liquid.

The oil product of settling tank was enter the inlet of separator supply unit, by primary filter, oil product is supplied to heaterby supply pumps, after heating to the separation temperature, Enters separator, the heating temperature is controlled by temperature control system. The clean oil after separating is sent to the daily oil tank.
