Hydrocyclone is a device used to separate particles in a liquid suspension based on the density and size of the particles .Hydrocyclone have a cylind-rical section at the top,where liquid enters the units have three exits :a small one on the bottom (weighty particles,unde-rflow),a smaller exit at the top (lighter particles,overflow) and a larger exit in the middle(middle flow).In the treatment process,centrifugal force moves larger,weighty particles to the bottom exit and light particle to the top | |||

The filter is a device used to separate solid particles by size .In the ballast water treatment system,multiple element tubular filter units with accessorial filtration are used .The ship's high Pressure gas can be automatically used by filters on cleaning function,which had more than two filter units installed at the same time in order to meet with uninterrupted water supply.Filter impurities from the ship arise through the discharge pipe into the water at the original port | |||
